      rteval fails CI gating because
      /usr/lib/python3.9/site-packages/rteval-3.7-py3.9.egg-info became a directory; permissions relaxed from 0644 to 0755 on noarch

      There is currently no fix for python egg-info file permissions, so let's turn this off in rpminspect for now.
