[NMCI] ovs_mtu crashing

      Given a system administrator is running the NMCI test suite to ensure network configurations are handled correctly by NetworkManager in rhel-8.10,

      When they execute the ovs_mtu test scenario within the NMCI test suite using the script ./test_run.sh ovs_mtu,

      Then the test should consistently pass

      Definition of Done:

      • The implementation meets the acceptance criteria
      • The code is part of a build attached to an errata

      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      We recently fixed ovs_mtu crash for 9.3 and backported to 9.2, but the test is still crashing in 8.10 (and possibly 8.9), we should consider backport here as well

      NetworkManager-1.40.16-11.el8.x86_64

      1. ./test_run.sh ovs_mtu from NMCI test suite (remove version 1.42+ for the test)
