RHEL8 customers and ISVs want rhel-8.10.0 to ship urgent or high impact fixes and feature additions to the system compiler and related components; these features will considerably improve the customer's / ISV's perception of the value.

As this is the last release for 8.10 it is unlikely there will be any major new features
