Goal

Add the possibility of managing timezones with the timesync system roles.

This was mentioned by one of my clients, when managing timesync on RHEL system you are usually setting up the timezone. 

Please let me know if it's something feasible or if there is a technical reason why we don't manage the timezones with the timesync role.
