What were you trying to do that didn't work?
I was trying to run 9to10 upgrade on aarch64 machines and one of the available ones that I got provided was the nvidia jetson machine.
What is the impact of this issue to you?
Unable to perform the 9to10 upgrade

Steps to reproduce
- obtain nvidia jetson orin machine and install rhel-9
- install leapp
- run leapp upgrade, reboot
Expected results
Machine is upgraded to rhel-10 and runs OK.
Actual results
During the Initramdisk phase a dnf error occurs:
