ipa-migrate doesn't migrate custom realm domains

How reproducible is this bug?:

always

Steps to reproduce

1. add custom domain realms
2. migrate

   Expected results

   main realm is ignored (as expected, as we are migrating to new realm possibly), all custom domain realms migrated (no control over SRV records for DNS domains, if should be managed via DNS entries migration)

   Actual results

   no domain realms migrated (stored in cn=Realm Domains,cn=ipa,cn=etc,$suffix as 'associatedDomain' attributes, have to ignore main one)
