Run the role to pre-upgrade or upgrade RHEL systems.

What is the impact of this issue to you?

Some of the tasks used wrong variables which prevented the analysis and upgrade roles to execute correctly when using non-root controller node.

Also, the role runs tasks on controller with `become: true`, Ansible then fails with no sude password provided for the controller.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run the analysis or upgrade role.
2. At the end of the role invocation it copies log files to the controller
3. The role fails trying to create /var/log/leapp on the controller and not having permissions on it.
