      Given a system administrator with a machine running nispor,

      When they set a switchdev mode SR-IOV PF and queries the VF interface name using nispor

      Then Nispor should provide the correct VF interface name for the switchdev mode SR-IOV PF without errors.

      Definition of Done:

      • The implementation meets the acceptance criteria
      • The code is part of a build attached to an errata

      As https://github.com/nmstate/nmstate/pull/2446 states, nispor is not providing VF interface name for switchdev mode SR-IOV.

      The `devlink port` command can query out PF/VF relationship in this case, please expand nispor to support devlink and use it for VF interface name query.
