What were you trying to do that didn't work? I was trying to include the rte_reorder.h in a program.

What is the impact of this issue to you? Will have to generate a new rpm set that includes rte_reorder.h or recreate the capability

Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:dpdk-devel-24.11.3-1.el9_7.x86_64

How reproducible is this bug?: I also tried with 24.11.2.  It was missing here.

Steps to reproduce

1. install dpdk-devel.  
2. search for rte_reorder.h
3.  

Expected results.  header file is installed on the system.

Actual results.  header file is not installed
