      a)Bug Description
Panic occurred on RHEL10.2 KVM guest running on RHEL10.1 KVM.
After collecting vmcore, the system rebooted and panicked again during boot.
We do not know if this is a regression.

b)Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:
        qemu-kvm-10.0.0-14.el10_1 (Host)
        kernel-6.12.0-184.el10 (Guest)

      c)How reproducible:
Unknown.  The problem occured once when rebooting the guest OS for few hundred times.

      d)Steps to reproduce
        Repeatedly reboot guest OS.

      e)Expected results
Guest OS should reboot without any problem.

      f)Actual results
        Guest OS panicked during boot.

      g)Additional information
I have attached dmesg from the vmcore for the second panic.
The kernel stack trace seems quite similar to what is reported in the following URL.
