When I run the following virt-install command on a host with TDX configured:

virt-install --name tdx-cdrom --machine q35 --boot uefi --launchSecurity type=tdx, quoteGenerationService=on --graphics none --osinfo rhel10.1 --cdrom /home/RHEL-10.2-20260216.1-x86_64-boot.iso

I'll get the following error printed on serial console:

BdsDxe: failed to load Boot0002 "UEFI Misc Device" from PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x3)/Pci(0x0,0x0): Not Found
BdsDxe: No bootable option or device was found.
BdsDxe: Press any key to enter the Boot Manager Menu.
