Goal

• As a user of Fedora Rawhide, I would like to be able to install the GEOPM Service v3.1.0 packages from the main repository.
• The GEOPM documentation is posted here:

• The GEOPM Service package has been upstreamed into the OpenSUSE hardware repo:

  <https://build.opensuse.org/source/hardware/geopm-service/geopm-service.spec>
• We are able to use the same spec file to build for CentOS 9 stream within the OBS environment:

• In the dev branch we have created spec files and patches for Fedora Rawhide:

• These were built in Copr here:

• Include the GEOPM Version 3.1.0 packages in Fedora Rawhide
