What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Customer is migrating from RHEL7/Docker to RHEL9/Podman build systems, and after some troubleshooting, we've identified that the final S2I stage of their builds is not changing the ENTRYPOINT as expected.

There appears to be an upstream issue in S2I tracking the same problem. The S2I team believes this to be a podman bug, reported upstream.

      How reproducible:

Issue is consistent in their environment, and requires overriding ENTRYPOINT to resolve.

      Business Impact:

Customer cannot migrate to new build servers, delaying deliverables.
