Goal

The objective is to deprecate the Multi-Cluster Management functionality (commonly referred to as the Dashboard) within the HA Management Application (PCS Web UI) for the RHEL Console.

• Future State: Management capabilities will be restricted to the local cluster (the cluster configured on the specific host where the RHEL Console is being accessed).
• Long-term Impact: This deprecation signals the eventual removal of multi-cluster support in future RHEL releases, allowing for a more streamlined, host-centric management experience.

Acceptance criteria

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

• Documentation: Release notes and official documentation are updated to explicitly state the deprecation of multi-cluster management.
• UI Warning: A clear deprecation warning (e.g., a banner or toast notification) is implemented on the Dashboard/Multi-cluster view page.
• Messaging: The warning must inform users that multi-cluster support is scheduled for removal in a future release and recommend transitioning to local cluster management.
• Functional Check: Existing local cluster management remains unaffected and fully functional.
