Goal

• As a user, I want to be able to grow LVM PVs via the system roles so that I can easily adjust systems to make full use of enlarged disk devices, whether they be VM disks or SAN LUNs

Acceptance Criteria

• Verify that users can specify an option to grow PVs as needed to use full block device
• Verify that this option has an opt-in or opt-out mechanism that functions properly
