Request to include the sendmail-milter package in the RHEL 9 AppStream repository to provide full production level support throughout the RHEL 9 lifecycle.

Currently, the sendmail-milter package for RHEL 9 is only available in the CodeReady Linux Builder repository codeready-builder-for-rhel-9-x86_64-rpms.
For RHEL 8, sendmail-milter is included in the AppStream repository rhel-8-for-x86_64-appstream-rpms.
For RHEL 7, it resides in the Optional repository rhel-7-server-optional-rpms.

Our customer relies on sendmail-milter for their production email filtering solution e.g mimedefang integration. Having the package only in CodeReady limits their ability to receive full production support and complicates their deployment and lifecycle management.

Please evaluate the possibility of moving the sendmail-milter package from CodeReady to the AppStream repository for RHEL 9
