Clark did a review of the codebase, and to complete the fedora prp process, we need to complete the main following tasks:

• Add a "verify-platform" make target to test distributability in upstream
  • Add a mock target
  • Add a unit test target based on existing coverage
  • Add an rpm-lint target that depends on the ,lock target
  • Explore a simple security/cve scanner, or defer until later

We also have some licensing issues where the codebase needs SPDX update.

I'd like to see if there is a way to manually review new builds, otherwise I will have to hand this off to John Kacur to add the build.
