Migrating a VM from qemu 9.1.0-15.el9_6.9 to 9.1.0-29.el9_7.3 fails with the following error:
libvirtd[3284]: operation failed: guest CPU doesn't match specification: extra features: cmp_legacy

High, VM's can't be migrated anymore

Steps to reproduce
- Boot VM on qemu 9.1.0-15.el9_6.9
- Migrate it to a Hypervisor with 9.1.0-29.el9_7.3
- It fails with libvirtd[3284]: operation failed: guest CPU doesn't match specification: extra features: cmp_legacy
Might be related to kvm-i386-cpu-Set-and-track-CPUID_EXT3_CMP_LEG-in-env-fea.patch patch in qemu?
