      Migrating a VM from qemu 9.1.0-15.el9_6.9 to 9.1.0-29.el9_7.3 fails with the following error:

      libvirtd[3284]: operation failed: guest CPU doesn't match specification: extra features: cmp_legacy

      What is the impact of this issue to you?

      High, VM's can't be migrated anymore

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Boot VM on qemu 9.1.0-15.el9_6.9
      2. Migrate it to a Hypervisor with 9.1.0-29.el9_7.3
      3. It fails with libvirtd[3284]: operation failed: guest CPU doesn't match specification: extra features: cmp_legacy

      Might be related to kvm-i386-cpu-Set-and-track-CPUID_EXT3_CMP_LEG-in-env-fea.patch patch in qemu?
