As a part of upstream osbuild MR #2331 Mark added proper support for RHSM into osbuild-mpp by using the internal Solver implementation that already had the RHSM support. This can be now used in automotive-image-builder.

As this is a MUSTHAVE feature for RHIVOS 2.0 Core release we need to have a new osbuild upstream release and include this release into RHEL 10.2
