What were you trying to do that didn't work?

• Login screen Icon and password entry after user selection are located too high
• On locked screen the user Icon and password entry is properly centered vertically

• If this is a bug it is a high visibility one and customers will notice right away.

How reproducible is this bug?:

One my bare metal 100%, on my VM with same packages it is not reproducible.

Steps to reproduce

1. Select User to log into.
2. Observe location of the Icon and password entry.
3.  

Expected results

• Icon and password entry centered vertically.

Actual results

• Icon and password entry not centered and placed way too high on the screen.
