      Unable to load "kvdo" module after updating latest RHEL 9.7 kernel  5.14.0-611.26.1.el9_7.x86_64 and 5.14.0-611.27.1.el9_7.x86_64

      What is the impact of this issue to you?

      Unable to create or access VDO device.

      Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

      kernel-5.14.0-611.26.1.el9_7.x86_64 and kmod-kvdo-8.2.6.3-175.el9_7.x86_64

      Always 

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Update RHEL9.7 with latest version of kernel and kmod-kvdo package.
      2. Run "modprobe kvdo"
      3.  

      Expected results

      Module loaded successfully.

      Actual results

       

      1. modprobe kvdo
        modprobe: FATAL: Module kvdo not found in directory /lib/modules/5.14.0-611.26.1.el9_7.x86_64
      1. modprobe kvdo 
        modprobe: FATAL: Module kvdo not found in directory /lib/modules/5.14.0-611.27.1.el9_7.x86_64
