Update the logging done by rhc-worker-playbook, so that all sub-process calls are logged. Doing this will help us (and possibly customers) understand, debug, and test rhc-worker-playobook. As a specific example of how this is impactful, work on RHEL-142705 would have been easier if we had an additional verification tool beside strace calls.

In doing this, it may be appropriate to review logging more generally.
