The flex test for c10s is probably currently broken. An appropriate fix has already been applied to Fedora rawhide. Backport the fix to c10s.

Currently, the test leads to the following errors during the compile step in the test phase named 'Flex works with Bison' due to missing declarations in the test sources:

error: implicit declaration of function ‘yylex’
error: implicit declaration of function ‘yyerror’

Acceptance Criteria:

• The flex smoke test in /tests/Sanity dist-git directory should PASS
• Any necessary changes are reviewed and merged to c10s
• No new flex build is produced
