kernel-install: suppress stderr output for exit code 77

      We had a report in RHEL-100972 that the memtest86+ %posttrans scriptlet calling kernel-install is producing stderr output for the exit status 77 message:

      memtest86+.kernel-install-plugin succeeded with exit status 77, not executing remaining executables.

      Since this is a "success" message can it be suppressed in kernel-install by default?
