What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Create MDRAID Raid5 device from5 nvme ssds. RHEL was installed onto a new XFS parition.

What is the impact of this issue to you?

Warnings and the MDRAID device may not have been properly created. Cockpit seems to have reported it created, but also one disk was created in a degraded state (one disk missing). These ssds worked fine previously on Debian.

Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

      udisks2-2.10.90-6.el10_1.rpm

      How reproducible is this bug?:

      Only have tried one time.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. In Cockpit, click the storage tab to the left. Select hamburger menu, then Create MDRAID device. The log output you see is the device not working

      Expected results

MDRAID device to be created w/o a warning

      Actual results

      See picture for log
