Last sprint, I made extra progress in implementing Phases 1 and 2 of a 4 phase plan.

Phase 3: Create a Perf runner profile that expose generic condition triggering and event filtering, to allow for custom hint tracers to be defined

Phase 4: Integrate ftrace from within perf to deprecate trace-cmd. Or if ftrace does not integrate cleanly, seperate trace-cmd and perf into two historical tracing tracing kernelspace and userspace respectively.

This will mark the completion of the trace collection suite for runner.
