The Fedora 44 mass rebuild initially used an older Go version because Go 1.26-rc1 was committed but not built before the start. To meet the change proposal requirements, we must now perform a "mini-mass rebuild" of all Go applications against Go 1.26. Actions:

• Perform a mass prebuild in COPR comparing Go 1.25 against Go 1.26-rc2 to identify regressions.
  • Implement Epoch/EVR strategies in COPR to ensure the correct Go version is pulled despite the current Rawhide state.

• Announce the second rebuild to the community to avoid confusion.
