Description of problem:

When attaching veth to bridge, the veth interface still hold ipv6 link-local address afterwards.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sudo ./bug.sh

Actual results:
veth1 still hold IPv6 link local address.

Expected results:
veth1 should not hold IPv6 link local address.

Acceptance Criteria:
Given a system administrator using RHEL machine with NetworkManager running

When the system administrator attaches the veth holding an ipv6 link-local address to a bridge

Then the veth should not hold the ipv6 link-local address anymore.
