      either the package is missing or it needs to be better documented that the i686 package is no longer supported in the middle of the RHEL 9 life-cycle, probably in that README.md below.

      So the fips.so module existed up until openssl-fips-provider-3.0.7-2.el9.i686.rpm

      ./usr/lib/ossl-modules/fips.so

      After that the fips.so disappeared and README.md says that it should be in openssl-fips-provider-so - openssl-fips-provider-3.0.7-6.el9_5.i686.rpm

      ./usr/share/doc/openssl-fips-provider/README.md

      $ cat usr/share/doc/openssl-fips-provider/README.md
      This package provides a custom build of the OpenSSL FIPS module that has
      been submitted to NIST for certification.

      The actual shared object is in the subpackage openssl-fips-provider-so
      due to overcome a build issue around custom debuginfo packages.

      But there is no openssl-fip-provider-so i686 rpm.

      This was found in services case# 04351349
