glibc: Stop shipping glibc32-debuginfo package (in debug channels)

      By accident, we are shipping a glibc32-debuginfo subpackage. This package is useless. We should investigate ways to stop shipping updates at least.

      I suspect the comps file only excludes glibc32, and we did not update it when the build started generating the automatic glibc32-debuginfo subpackage. I don't know if we can update the comps file to remove the package.
