No working GUI for hplip in RHEL 10

      When starting /usr/bin/hp-setup (installed from the hplip package in appstream) on el10, the command-line output mentions these missing dependencies :

      warning: GUI Modules PyQt4 and PyQt5 are not installed
      warning: GUI mode not available - switching to interactive mode.
      ~~~

      pyqt4 and pyqt5 are not available in RHEL 10.

      The GUI is not available to configure printers.
