What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Downgrading the insights-client package from version where is insights-core RPM as an requirement (insights-client-3.10.3-1.el10.noarch) to a version where is insights-core egg-based (e.g. insights-client-3.10.1-1.el10_0.noarch) does not remove the insights-core package.

Steps to reproduce

1.  Install insights-client-3.10.3-1.el10.noarch
2.  Downgrade insights-client RPM to insights-client-3.10.1-1.el10_0.noarch
3.  List all the installed packages that start with 'insights'

Expected results

[root@kvm-08-guest02 ~]# rpm -qa | grep insights
insights-client-3.10.1-1.el10_0.noarch

Actual results
