Given a system administrator with an OpenShift 4.12 cluster on RHEL 8.6,

When they apply a NodeNetworkConfigurationPolicy manifest via Nmstate to modify DNS timeout and attempts options,

Then Nmstate should modify the DNS settings accordingly

      Definition of Done

      • The implementation meets the acceptance criteria
      • The code is part of a build attached to an errata

      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Allow setting DNS options in Nmstate

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Allow setting DNS options in Nmstate, specifically timeout and attempts.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

In some cases, users have out of control, not stable enough, upstream environment DNS servers and needs to modify the DNS options timeout and attempts. They can modify DNS options in RHEL servers to tolerate the DNS issues but no supported way to modify it in the OpenShift nodes. We understand that the Pod level configuration can be done via Pod yaml and/or CoreDNS DNS operator, but stil we need to modify the RHCOS node layer DNS configuration for the node level components like kubelet.

      4. List any affected packages or components.

      Nmstate
