As a part of 10.2 release, new feature was added to pcs CLI to warn when setting invalid meta attributes for primitive resource/fence device - RHEL-7673.

This validation is not present in web UI, allowing user to set invalid meta attribute to resource/fence device without any visible warning.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Navigate to instance of resource/fence device
      2. Click 'Meta' tab in the detail of the instance
      3. Create meta attribute with invalid name, e.g. "resource-sti"
