What were you trying to do that didn't work?

I am trying to run a "podman ps" and have it answer in a decent time but it take 15s.

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

podman-4.6.1-5.el9.x86_64

Steps to reproduce

1. podman run --name designate_worker --rm quay.io/centos/centos:stream9-minimal sleep 3600
2. podman exec -ti designate_worker /openstack/healthcheck
3. podman inspect designate_worker | jq '.[].ExecIDs | length'
