What were you trying to do that didn't work?

When we run podman build test in CKI, we found it is easily failed recently with TIMEOUT in step “fetch https://dl-cdn.alpinelinux.org/alpine/v3.20/main/ppc64le/APKINDEX.tar.gz”. This is caused by the server status or our network status when running the test. To reduce the influence from the env, we may can improve this by update the test steps.

Randomly as this is related with server status and network status

1. Install podman-tests and run test case “podman build - basic test”

Expected results

Test can pass and the pipeline should be more stable

Test failed randomly in our env from time to time
