Guest intallation fails on AmpereoneX arm host due to max address unsupport

What is the impact of this issue to you?
Guest image can not be built and following tests can not be executed

How reproducible is this bug?:
100%

Steps to reproduce

Ran unattended_install.cdrom.extra_cdrom_ks.default_install.aio_threads.arm64-pci case to install a guest
and got below error:

Expected results
Installation is successful

Additional info:
Grace and mtsnow has no problem.
The test was on ampere-one-x-01.khw.eng.bos2.dc.redhat.com
