      Cause:Do migration with vsock, after the migration done, then try to reboot the VM
      Consequence:Reboot VM will leads VM BSOD if perform migration with vsock device
      Workaround:Go to device manager and disable and then enable "VirtIO Socket Driver" device
      Result:If the workaround does not solve the problem, reboot VM will leads VM BSOD

      How reproducible:
      100%

      Steps to reproduce
      1.Boot up a src VM(guest-cid=4), a dst VM(guest-cid=5).
      2.Try to connect to src VM, it works well
      3.Migrate src VM to dst VM, no errors during migration, and migration finished successfully
      4.Try to connect to dst VM. can not connect to dst VM
      5.Reboot dst VM

      Expected results
      VM works well

      Actual results
      VM will BSOD
