As we figured out in https://github.com/redhat-cop/infra.leapp/pull/312 , modprobe module does things that is hard to duplicate with raw Ansible, so we need to vendor this module.

Two options how we can vendor it:

1. within the collection in the upstream
2. keep using community.general.modprobe, and vendor the module in the downstream only within the spec file.
