Goal

• As a PAYGO RHEL customer on AWS running images with High Availaiblity, I want to perform an in-place upgrade of my RHEL 9 HA images to RHEL 10 HA leveraging RHUI.

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

• The leapp-rhui-aws-ha RPM should be available from the RHEL 9 RHUI client dnf repository
• To perform leapp upgrade with RHEL 9 with HA with RHUI on AWS
