Description: In UBI9 we were able to add EPEL9 and get boost-devel from there.

In UBI10 and using EPEL10 the boost packages are not available anymore.

EPEL10 does not contain boost anymore: https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/10/Everything/x86_64/Packages/b/

It seems as if the boost packages where moved out of EPEL with Fedora 41 https://packages.fedoraproject.org/pkgs/boost/boost/ which is why they are not in EPEL anymore.

boost-devel is part of RHEL10 and I would like to request that these packages are added to UBI10 (I do understand that only "boost-devel" can't be added easily due to dependencies)
