What were you trying to do that didn't work?

In net-snmp 5.8-32.el8_10 there are a number of missing packages, if I am reading the RHBA correctly the only non debug packages shipped in -32 are:
 

net-snmp-libs-5.8-32.el8_10.i686.rpm
net-snmp-libs-5.8-32.el8_10.x86_64.rpm

The following are in -31 and are missing in -32:

net-snmp-5.8-31.el8_10.x86_64.rpm

net-snmp-agent-libs-5.8-31.el8_10.i686.rpm
net-snmp-agent-libs-5.8-31.el8_10.x86_64.rpm

net-snmp-devel-5.8-31.el8_10.i686.rpm
net-snmp-devel-5.8-31.el8_10.x86_64.rpm

net-snmp-perl-5.8-31.el8_10.x86_64.rpm

net-snmp-utils-5.8-31.el8_10.x86_64.rpm

Breaks system updates as some packages are there but not all of them.

100% as this is missing from the RHBA itself.
