We should rebase this CRB package as a matter of routine maintenance. Upstream does not have a predictable release cadence, but we should usually be able to use whatever is newest before our internal development freeze.

We currently have version 0.72.0, and the latest 0.72.1 fixes some compatibility issues with Clang 22. That won't directly matter until the next rebase cycle, but since bindgen `dlopen`s the clang library, it would be better to be prepared ahead of time.
