      We want to have the RHEL-65700 supported, therefore DLM userspace tool should backport https://pagure.io/dlm/c/1ea06d87ac80dafe33457f63db33260136d943ee?branch=main for RHEL8.

      It should be no problem to have this backwards compatible as no supported DLM user using the introduced flag that activates the introduced functionality.
