[plugin_aws]plugin is not loaded in aws xen instances

      When test RHEL-114887 in aws, found that the plugin aws is not loaded in aws xen instances, I proposed a pr#4183 to update _is_ec2() to add bios_version check.

      $ cat /sys/devices/virtual/dmi/id/sys_vendor
Xen
$ cat /sys/devices/virtual/dmi/id/bios_version
4.11.amazon

      Below is the out put on t3.small(kvm based) and t2.small(xen based) output:

      $ cat sosreport-ip-10-116-2-71-2025-12-15-kuagxcs/sos_commands/aws/aws_metadata_instance-type.txt
t2.small
