Goal

As an EPEL packager of KDE Plasma Discover, I would like dependency information exposed to the user when they look at applications to install so they can make more informed choices. This is accomplished for RPM-based application packages by having the DNF backend offer the required query functionality for it. This functionality exists in upstream PackageKit and just needs to be backported.

Acceptance criteria

• pkcon depends-on dnf returns useful information about what requires dnf
• pkcon required-by dnf returns useful information about what dnf requires
• Neither command returns a fatal error saying "not supported by backend"
