      Goal

As an EPEL packager for KDE Plasma, I want the new KDE Plasma Login Manager to work out of the box when users install KDE Plasma from a minimal RHEL install.

      Acceptance criteria

With an updated redhat-release package, installing plasma-login-manager results in an activated login manager like it did with SDDM in the past.

The updated package effectively includes the contents of this commit: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/fedora-release/c/822ea3769f954b802b1ed5a62b97d3d81276de07
