Goal

• The current snapshot reversion API doesn't take arguments which would allow users specify paths for new images which are needed when reverting snapshot
  • users can't influence where the new images are created
  • users can't revert snapshots with disks on non-file storage
  • users can't override default naming convention created by libvirt

Acceptance criteria

The new API needs to allow users specify locations for all supported kinds of storage which will be used as new overlay image for the disk snapshot.
