What were you trying to do that didn't work?

When attempting to take a snapshot on a Windows Server 2016 Standard virtual machine in OpenShift Virtualziation, the following error is observed:

Failed to freeze VMI: server error. command Freeze failed: "LibvirtError(Code=1, Domain=10, Message='internal error: unable to execute QEMU agent command 'guest-fsfreeze-freeze': failed to add \\\\?\\Volume{9307d6d9-0000-0000-0000-100000000000}\\ (display name: \\\\?\\Volume{9307d6d9-0000-0000-0000-100000000000}\\) to snapshot set: unknown Windows error 0x8004230f')"

This results in an unsucceessful snapshot attempt.

Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

How reproducible is this bug?:

This is not reproducible on a newly installed Windows virtual machine.

The customer can reproduce this 100% of the time.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Take a snapshot of a Windows Server 2016 Standard virtual machine.

 
Expected results:
A snapshot can be taken successfully on a Windows Server 2016 Standard virtual machine in OpenShift Virtualization.
Actual results:
A snapshot can not be taken successfully on a Windows Server 2016 Standard virtual machine in OpenShift Virtualization.
