Since the new Extensions repo has been introduced to RHEL https://www.redhat.com/en/blog/unleashing-innovation-rhel-extensions-repository, Leapp should know about it so that when it's enabled on RHEL 9 and packages are installed from it, Leapp enables the RHEL 10 Extensions repo and the packages from the repo are upgraded.
Acceptance criteria
Mapping of RHEL 9 Extensions repos to RHEL 10 (all available arches, and both CDN and RHUI) is added to Leapp
The RHUI repo mapping can be shipped as part of the leapp-rhui packages instead of leapp-repository
